Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear from Label Insa. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange.

Eligibility:

  • Returns or exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Return Options:

  1. Exchange: Available for a different size or product.

  2. Store Credit: Full order value as credit usable for future purchases.

  3. Refund: Available after deduction of shipping charges. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items bought on clearance or final sale

How to Raise a Request: Email us at support@labelinsa.com with your order ID, reason, and images (if applicable) within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Cancellations:

  • You may cancel an order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
